We are delighted to offer you the finest Portuguese produce in our cooking and our selection of wines. Portugal has a fantastic range of produce for your gastronomic delight. We also import some select items from premium growers, like our range of chillis and the finest Brazilian coffee. Pretty much everything on our food menu is made by us, from our pickled chillis to our sauces to our herb butter to our amazing desserts. We also make our own range of sodas with unique flavours. Although our specialty is our meat, we offer a delicious menu for vegetarians and vegans. Our range of meats is specially selected from the fantastic Azores “Happy Cows” program, which you can find more about here. We dry age our beef ourselves and then utilize low-and-slow barbecue smoking techniques, and molecular gastronomy. We aim to give you the best dining experience possible. The Founders Fabio and Paula's story
The son of an economist and a cook, Fabio Torre spent most of his life avoiding the kitchen as a professional activity. Trained in Economics and IT, it took some time to figure out that brewing beer and the Chemistry behind it were his true passion in life. What goes perfectly with craft beer? Barbecue. One thing led to another, and here he is: brewing and cooking, and happy as never before.
Out of will or necessity, Paula Gomes has followed different paths through the past years. Copywriter, DJ, brewer, restaurant owner and pastry chef apprentice. She pursued a dream of living in Europe and being her own boss. Now her (delicious) mission is to re-create and re-invent decadent desserts and celebrate life’s sweeter moments.
